Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The cessation of any suspension or direction in relation to a driver licence or registration of a motor vehicle or trailer in accordance with this Act does not affect the suspension of that licence or registration (as the case requires) under any other Act or law.
(2) A period of suspension or a direction not to renew a driver licence or registration of a motor vehicle or trailer may be concurrent with any other period of suspension or non-renewal under the Road Safety Act 1986 .
