Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the sheriff believes that seizure of personal property of a person is not a reasonably practicable means of satisfying any outstanding infringement warrant against a person, the sheriff may apply to the Court for an order that land in which that person holds an interest be made subject to a charge under this Part.
(2) An application under this section may be made whether the person is the sole owner of the land or owns that land as a co-owner with any other person.
