Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person must not engage in conduct that constitutes a contravention of an order of a member of a Board of Inquiry under section 71(1) or 73(1) that is in force if the person—
(a) knows that the order is in force; or
(b) is reckless as to whether the order is in force.
Penalty: 600 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years.

Section 128 applies to an offence against this subsection.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an indictable offence.
