INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (A STRONGER SYSTEM) ACT 2016 (NO. 30 OF 2016) - SECT 68
Amendment of section 25AA—Transmission of sections 23(6) and 25 reports to Parliament
For section 25AA(7) of the Ombudsman Act 1973 substitute —
"(7) For the purposes of this section, Parliament
is in recess when neither House is sitting.".
