INFRINGEMENTS (CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 32 OF 2006) - SECT 79

    (1)     After section 210(1) of the EastLink Project Act 2004     insert —

    "(1A)     An offence referred to in sub-section (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .".    

    (2)     Sections 211, 213 and 214 of the EastLink Project Act 2004 are repealed .
