INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 14 OF 2021) - SECT 6

In section 14 of the Child Employment Act 2003 —

        (a)     in subsection (1) —

              (i)     for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Wage Inspectorate Victoria";

              (ii)     in paragraph (a), for "he or she" substitute "it";

        (b)     in subsection (2), for "Secretary" substitute "Wage Inspectorate Victoria".
