JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF VICTORIA ACT 2016 (NO. 16 OF 2016) - SECT 196

County Court Act 1958—Council of Judges

At the foot of section 87 of the County Court Act 1958 insert —

" Note

See Divisions 1 and 2 of Part 6 of the Judicial Commission of Victoria Act 2016 which specifies functions for the Council of Judges.".
