Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Despite section 26(2), the Panel must make an initial own motion recommendation to the Attorney-General as soon as practicable after the establishment of the Panel under this Act and no later than within 9 months of its establishment.
(2) Any subsequent own motion recommendation is to be in accordance with the time periods specified in section 26.
(3) This section is repealed on the second anniversary of the day on which it comes into operation.
