JUSTICE LEGISLATION (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 79 OF 2006) - SECT 11
Application for exclusion from civil forfeiture order
(1) In section 53(1) of the Confiscation Act 1997
, omit "(other than a person referred to in sub-section (1A))".
(2) Section 53(1A) of the Confiscation Act 1997 is
repealed .
