JUSTICE LEGISLATION (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 79 OF 2006) - SECT 27
Canvassing availability of prospective jurors
After section 29(4) of the Juries Act 2000 insert —
"(4A) The Juries Commissioner or a pool supervisor
may enquire of persons called to a pool as to their availability for
particular lengths of trials.".
