JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2012 (NO. 68 OF 2012) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act, except Part 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Part 2 comes into operation on 1 January 2013.
