JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (VICTIMS) ACT 2018 (NO. 5 OF 2018) - SECT 21

In section 3(1) of the Victims' Charter Act 2006 , in the definition of "victim" , in paragraph (d)—

        (a)     for "section 49B" substitute "section 49M";

        (b)     after "sexual conduct with" insert "a";

        (c)     omit "years".
