JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CONFISCATION AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 79 OF 2014) - SECT 34
Application for monitoring order
In section 115(2)(a) of the Confiscation Act 1997 —
(a) in subparagraph (iii), for
"offence; and" substitute "offence; or";
(b) after subparagraph (iii) insert
—
"(iv) has engaged in serious criminal activity;
and".
