JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 5

After section 42E(5) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958
insert —
"(6) The exercise of the power conferred on a
court to make a direction referred to in subsection (1) is subject to any
practice directions.".
