JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2017 (NO. 45 OF 2017) - SECT 28

New definition of police custody officer supervisor inserted

In section 3(1) of the Corrections Act 1986 insert the following definition—

"" police custody officer supervisor" has the same meaning as in the Victoria Police Act 2013 ;".
