JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2017 (NO. 45 OF 2017) - SECT 39
Functions and powers of police custody officers in relation to persons they transport or supervise
(1) In section 104DB(1)(f) of the
Corrections Act 1986 , after "the Chief Commissioner" insert "or a police
custody officer supervisor".
(2) In section 104DB(2)(d) of the
Corrections Act 1986 , after
"the Chief Commissioner" insert "or a police custody officer supervisor".
