LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 8 OF 2006) - SECT 8

    After section 22(3) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(4)     The regulations referred to in sub-section (1)(d) may permit the Director to grant a licence or BYO permit in respect of premises prescribed for the purposes of this section if the Director has the approval of the Minister to do so.".
