LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM AMENDMENT (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2009 (NO. 8 OF 2009) - SECT 10

In section 66 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (d), for "Act—" substitute "Act; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (d) insert —

    "(e)     in the case of a body corporate, is wound up, or is deregistered under the Corporations Act—".
