LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM AMENDMENT (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2009 (NO. 8 OF 2009) - SECT 18

    (1)     In section 126(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (a), after "force" insert "or a compliance inspector";

        (b)     after "force" (where secondly occurring) insert ", inspector".

    (2)     In section 127 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     after subsection (1)(a) insert —

    "(ab)     a compliance inspector; or";

        (b)     in subsection (3), after "force" (where first occurring) insert "or a compliance inspector";

        (c)     in subsection (4)—

              (i)     after "force" insert "or a compliance inspector";

              (ii)     after "or" (where first occurring) insert "a member of the police force".

    (3)     In section 128(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     after "force" insert "or a compliance inspector";

        (b)     after "member" (where secondly occurring) insert "or inspector".
