LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM AMENDMENT (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2009 (NO. 8 OF 2009) - SECT 5
Selling forfeited liquor
In section 6(j) of the Principal Act—
(a) in subparagraph (iv), for
"force; or" substitute "force;";
(b) after subparagraph (iv) insert
—
"(v) the Director;
(vi) a
compliance inspector; or".
