LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 46 OF 2016) - SECT 1
Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to repeal section 76C(1) of the
Local Government Act 1989 and to make a consequential amendment to that Act.
