LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (OFFENCES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2009 (NO. 64 OF 2009) - SECT 15
Offence to interfere with postal ballot materials
For the penalty at the foot of section 58A(1) of the Principal Act substitute
—
"Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.".
