LOCAL GOVERNMENT (BRIMBANK CITY COUNCIL) AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 48 OF 2014) - SECT 5

Amendment of section 10—general election

For section 10(1) of the Local Government (Brimbank City Council) Act 2009 substitute —

"(1) A general election of Councillors for the Brimbank City Council is to be held under section 31(1) of the Local Government Act 1989 on the fourth Saturday in October 2016.".
