LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2012 (NO. 63 OF 2012) - SECT 14
Call of the Council
In section 85(6) of the Local Government Act 1989 —
(a) for "continuing to be"
substitute "remaining";
(b) for "remaining" substitute
"continuing to be".
