LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 42 OF 2017) - SECT 58
Section 27B substituted
For section 27B of the Subdivision Act 1988 substitute —
" 27B Purposes of an unlimited owners
corporation
The purposes of an unlimited owners corporation must be provided to the
Registrar in a manner acceptable to the Registrar.".
