LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 42 OF 2017) - SECT 63
Delegation by the Minister
In section 42(2) of the Subdivision Act 1988 —
(a) for "municipal council"
substitute "Council";
(b) for "a council" substitute "a
Council".
