LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 (NO. 17 OF 2014) - SECT 32

Membership

    (1)     The Victorian Legal Services Board consists of—

        (a)     a chairperson appointed under section 33; and

        (b)     3 members appointed under section 35; and

        (c)     3 members elected in accordance with Division 5.

    (2)     The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to a member of the Victorian Legal Services Board in respect of the office of member.
