Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Each Australian legal practitioner of not less than 5 years' standing who is on the roll of advocates is eligible to stand for election for the advocate member.
(2) Each Australian legal practitioner of not less than 5 years' standing who is on the roll of non-advocates is eligible to stand for election for the non-advocate members.
(3) Each Australian legal practitioner who is on the roll of advocates is eligible to vote in an election for the advocate member.
(4) Each Australian legal practitioner who is on the roll of non-advocates is eligible to vote in an election for the non-advocate members.
