In section 1 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), before "vessels" insert "recreational";

        (b)     in paragraph (c), after "vessels and" insert "regulated";

        (c)     in paragraph (g), for "waters; and" substitute "waters.";

        (d)     paragraphs (h) and (i) are repealed .
