MARINE (DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL VESSEL NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 36 OF 2013) - SECT 39
Passengers on board vessels must take reasonable care
(1) In the heading to section 33 of the
Marine Safety Act 2010 , after " board " insert " recreational ".
(2) In section 33(1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the
Marine Safety Act
2010 , for "a vessel" substitute "a recreational vessel".
