Register of registered vessels

    (1)     In the heading to section 42 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 , for " vessels " substitute " recreational vessels ".

    (2)     In section 42 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 , for "vessels" (wherever occurring) substitute "recreational vessels".
