MARINE (DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL VESSEL NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 36 OF 2013) - SECT 93
Director, Transport Safety
After section 171(3) of the Transport Integration Act 2010 insert —
"(4) To avoid doubt, the Director, Transport
Safety is an officer of the State.".
