MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 205

A person must not knowingly give false or misleading information to the Tribunal.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.
