Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A project authority may acquire an interest in land in the project area by agreement or by a compulsory process for the purposes of an approved project or any purpose connected with the approved project.
(2) This section does not apply to the compulsory acquisition of native title rights and interests.
