MAJOR TRANSPORT PROJECTS FACILITATION ACT 2009 (NO. 56 OF 2009) - SECT 158
Recovery of rent
Any rent payable to a project authority under this Subdivision may be
recovered as a debt due to the project authority in any court of competent
jurisdiction.
