Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A lease over project land that is Crown land may be granted subject to any conditions that are not inconsistent with the purposes of an approved project.
(2) A lease over project land that is Crown land that is inconsistent with the purposes of an approved project is invalid only to the extent of the inconsistency.
