MAJOR TRANSPORT PROJECTS FACILITATION ACT 2009 (NO. 56 OF 2009) - SECT 214
Reasonable endeavours must be used to negotiate utility agreement during negotiation period
The parties must use all reasonable endeavours to negotiate a
utility agreement within 50 business days after the giving of a notice under
section 211(1) (the negotiation period ).
