Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Planning Minister must make an approval decision that relates to the preparation, adoption and approval of an amendment to a provision of a planning scheme under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 .
(2) Subject to this Division, for the purpose of the Planning Minister making the approval decision, the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (except sections 38(2) to (4) and 39) applies as an applicable law.
