NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER SCHEME ACT 2016 (NO. 53 OF 2016) - SECT 125

In section 189(4) of the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009 , after paragraph (ab) of the definition of relevant Act insert —

    "(ac)     the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 ; or".
