NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER SCHEME ACT 2016 (NO. 53 OF 2016) - SECT 92

In section 539(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 —

        (a)     in paragraph (e), for " 1989 ." substitute " 1989 ;";

        (b)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(f)     power to make a declaration under Division 4 of Part 7 of the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 .".
