OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (CROSS-BOUNDARY GREENHOUSE GAS TITLES AND OTHER MATTERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 26 OF 2021) - SECT 12
Minister must not give approval in certain circumstances
In section 80 of the Principal Act—
(a) after "existing greenhouse gas
injection licence" insert "or an existing cross‑boundary greenhouse gas
injection licence";
(b) after "the greenhouse gas
injection licence" insert "or cross‑boundary greenhouse injection
licence".
