PARKS AND CROWN LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 53 OF 2017) - SECT 47

Appointment of Director

For section 38 of the Royal Botanic Gardens Act 1991 substitute —

        "     38     Appointment of Director

    (1)     The Board, by instrument, may appoint a Director, Royal Botanic Gardens.

    (2)     The Director holds office for a term specified in the instrument of appointment.".
