    (1)     In section 3(1) of the Casino Control Act 1991 , in the definition of "casino complex" , omit "of the Department of Sustainability and Environment".

    (2)     In section 74(1A) of the Casino Control Act 1991 omit "of the Department of Sustainability and Environment".
