PARKS AND CROWN LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 53 OF 2017) - SECT 93

    (1)     In section 3 of the Victorian Arts Centre Act 1979 , in the definition of "Centre" , omit
"in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment".

    (2)     In section 20 of the Victorian Arts Centre Act 1979 , in the definition of "lodged plan", omit "in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment".
