PARKS AND CROWN LAND LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (EAST GIPPSLAND) ACT 2009 (NO. 90 OF 2009) - SECT 8
Secretary may consent to certain guns or other weapons being carried or used
(1) In section 37(3) of the
National Parks Act 1975 , after
"Schedule Two A" insert ", Part 12 of Schedule Three".
(2) In section 37(6) of the
National Parks Act 1975 , for "Parts 2A, 3, 6, 8 and 12" substitute
"Parts 2A, 3, 6 and 8".
