PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT AMENDMENT (SCHOOLS) ACT 2012 (NO. 2 OF 2012) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Planning and Environment Act 1987 to provide that subdivisions of, and building work relating to, land used or to be used for schools will not give rise to liability to pay growth areas infrastructure contributions.
