PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT AMENDMENT (GENERAL) ACT 2013 (NO. 3 OF 2013) - SECT 55

In section 201J(3) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "omitted;" substitute "omitted.";

        (b)     paragraph (d) is repealed .
