PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT (GROWTH AREAS AUTHORITY) ACT 2006 (NO 33 OF 2006) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to sub-section (2), this Act comes into operation on a day to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If this Act does not come into operation before 1 November 2006, it comes into operation on that day.
