POLICE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 35 OF 2012) - SECT 3

    (1)     In section 3 of the Bushfires Royal Commission Implementation Monitor Act 2011 insert the following definition—

""BRCIM Annual Report" means a Bushfires Royal Commission Implementation Monitor Annual Report prepared by the Implementation Monitor under section 20(1)(c) or (d);".

    (2)     In section 3 of the Bushfires Royal Commission Implementation Monitor Act 2011 , in the definition of BRCIM Report —

        (a)     in paragraph (b) after "Report;" insert "and"; and

        (b)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     a BRCIM Annual Report;".
