PORTS AND MARINE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 55 OF 2017) - SECT 17

For section 195(3)(a) of the Principal Act substitute —

    "(a)     publish notice of the request or proposal to make a rule—

              (i)     on the Safety Director's Internet site; and

              (ii)     in some other way that gives notice of the request or proposal to persons who the Safety Director reasonably believes will be affected by the requested or proposed rule, if made; and".
